Alea is an associate attorney with Davis Grimm Payne & Marra. She has been practicing law since 2017. 

Alea represents management in labor arbitrations and defending companies against unfair labor practice charges. She also represents businesses in discrimination claims, wage and hour class actions, and regulatory agency rules compliance.
